We are so proud of our Thespians for all their hard work and achievements this week!
Not only were we honored as one of three One Acts to perform Mainstage in contention for National performance in Play Marathon with Ordinary Days, directed by Matthew Bridges with Stage Manager Mia Christopherson and the fantastic cast: William MacDonald, Lily Fleischmann, Tori Short, and Jonathan Padilla!
A HUGE congratulations to Will MacDonald and Katherine Maitre for placing 2nd overall in Duet Acting!
Our improv team placed 3rd overall with their excellent teamwork and senses of comedy and storytelling!
We’d also like to recognize, in addition, the students who also received Superior scores at Festival in the Monologue Category: Grace Lucido, Kent Lally, and Katherine Maitre.
As we head back home today, we reflect on the experiences we shared and hope to continue to represent Central High and Fresno as part of the International Thespian Society.
Come see our thespians as we put on our spring musical comedy: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee! We open in three weeks!
Break a leg at Northern Regionals this weekend, Ordinary Days! We know you’ll put your hearts into it! Have fun and show what Central Theatre has to offer! Safe travels!
